Practice Area

Melisa Yagmur Kavasoglu has extensive knowledge and experience in Corporate Law, Capital Markets Law, Commercial Law, Law of Contracts, and Law of Obligations. She is a detail-oriented and responsible lawyer who is eager to improve herself in various practice areas, mainly in corporate and capital market law. She works with emerging companies at all stages of their growth, advising them on a wide variety of corporate matters, including corporate reorganizations, governance, and commercial matters. Highly dedicated to her clients, she quickly understands the key issues and is focused on finding practical solutions.

She gives legal consultancy to our clients related to daily and project-based corporate law matters such as preparing due diligence reports, general assemblies (including e-general assembly), board of directors’ meetings, internal directives, signature circulars, shares capital increase, other amendments of the article of association, registration practices before the trade registries. She has experience preparing and negotiating various types of agreements both in Turkish and English including but not limited to share purchase agreements, non-disclosure agreements, purchase and sale, lease, franchise, e-commerce, assignment agreements, etc.
