Faruk Öztürk graduated from the Faculty of Law at Turkish-German University in 2025. His practice focuses on Labor Law, Real Estate Law, Law of Obligations, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, and Corporate Law. During his academic studies, he supplemented his theoretical legal education with practical experience gained through various internship programs and practice-oriented activities, developing expertise in the resolution of private law disputes.
Within our law firm, he actively participates in the conduct of litigation and enforcement proceedings arising from clients' private law disputes. His work includes drafting legal pleadings, monitoring and managing litigation processes, preparing and reviewing commercial contracts, providing legal consultancy services to companies, and handling enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings.
