She provides legal advisory services to domestic and foreign clients operating in various sectors, particularly in the construction, telecommunications, textile, retail, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing industries.
In addition to her corporate law work, she is particularly active in Capital Markets Law, leading the management of initial public offering (IPO) processes, fulfillment of obligations arising from capital markets legislation, mandatory call and tender offer processes, general assembly procedures of publicly held companies, market transfer transactions, and the structuring and execution of rights offerings and private placements.
